AMP (alfa Media Partner) has developed a web-based tracking system to show the current situation regarding the presence or not of advert material for publications.

Your advertising, production or indeed anyone who wishes to monitor the situation can quickly get a status view for a publication and preview advert content that is available. This should reduce the need for copy chasing calls from advertising to ad production and allow staff to focus on adverts that really need chasing.

Here are a couple of screen shots of the User Interface showing an advert list for a given publication and an advert preview. Rows in Green have copy present, rows in Red still have no artwork assigned.

For customers who have PlanWorks the planned page number and a link to view the page via the PlanWorks web preview is also provided.
